Fees and Payment - Domestic Students
Course Transfer Fee
If you decide you’re in the wrong course and would like to transfer to another course, this fee is charged to cover the administration cost of setting you up in a new course. You will be also be required to pay additional charges for the cost of new course resources. Prices will vary depending on the courses you're transferring to and from.
We encourage you to finish your course within our recommended timeframe. But if you can’t, we can extend your enrolment to a further 6 months. If you still haven’t completed the course by the extended 6 months period, we will close your file and terminate your enrolment.
Course Materials Fee
Most course materials are included in the course fees. Students will be notified before enrolment if there are any course materials fees which are not included in the course fees.
RPL Application Fee
This is a non-refundable fee charged for an initial assessment to see whether you are ready to apply for RPL.
This fee is charged per unit for any further training you may need to attain the full qualification after you have received RPL for part of a qualification. Per unit prices vary on the qualification. A training coordinator will calculate the fee for you.
Certificate Replacement Fee
This fee will be charged if you need a new certificate printed.
For direct credit transfers a per unit price will be deducted off the full course fee. Per unit prices vary on the qualification. A training coordinator will calculate the discount for you.
You'll get a 5% discount off the full course fee if you enrol in another full qualification with Charter Care. Conditions may apply.
